Finally putting his ridiculously telegenic face to good use, A$AP Rocky makes his feature film debut in Rick Famuyiwa‘s comedy-drama ‘Dope.’ Following misfit Malcolm and his band-mates as they navigate high school and their neighborhood in Inglewood CA.

Overachieving in the cameo department Vince Staples, Casey Veggies and Tyga join Rocky on a cast fronted by Zoë Kravitz, Forrest Whitaker, Shameik Moore and a disarmingly clean-shaven Blake Anderson.

As if this potential hot mess of rappers trying to act wasn’t enough to make you want to see it, Pharrell adds four original songs to the film’s score and shares a producer credit with Diddy.

Dope is set to debut at Sundance this week and hit cinemas later in 2015.
