To celebrate their second birthday, our mates at Bloom publishing house are releasing its ninth title Boneless. Dropping as a very limited, 25-copy flip book, Boneless is yet another team effort by Jay Dymock and Lloyd Stubber. Specifically, it is made up of a 8fps image sequence taken by Lloyd of his good friend’s now infamous boneless 360. Jay went down in Perth’s skate history that day in 2008, when he pulled off the move at a famous local skate spot but it was mysteriously never captured on video. Cue Boneless, which will probably be as close as you’ll get to reliving that golden moment, via the old-school magic of the flip book. Boneless will be available via Bloom at 8.30am AEST tomorrow, Tuesday February 9.
