Keep Watch Vol XX - Night Slugs
1

Mishka recently dropped the 20th volume of their now coveted Keep Watch Series this time handing the duties over to the Uk’s very own Night Slugs. Over the years this series has been one to watch for those that like their electronic and dance music.

The Uk sound is evident in this edition with a mixture of house, 2 step, dubstep and just general electronic madness. You’ll find the download below and of course the tracklisting after the jump.

Toy Machine For Stay Gold

Toy Machine X Emerica - Stay Gold
1

Toy Machine have created a series of boards for their riders that appear in Emerica’s latest film, Stay Gold. Three boards play with both graphics from both camps, namely the Stay Gold logo, Emerica’s Leo Romero pro model and of course the Toy Machine bloodsucking mascot…

For the record, if you think the wheels on Romero’s pro model as seen on the board above are just a bit of a fuckery only applied to it’s rendition on the deck, well then you’d be wrong. Emerica released the above video about this particular shoe that also saw creative direction from Ed Templton which shoes how the wheels were actually applied to the real thing… trippers…

L.E For The Uncool | The Measure

I’ve not heard his first tape, The Anti-Parachute Theory, however the sophomore effort from Ohio MC, L.E, titled The Measure is solid enough and features collaborations with Naledge (Kidz In The Hall), The 3rd and Truck North. One of the first things that will strike you about L.E is his distinctive voice. Check it out via the download link below. Tracklisting can be found after the click.

Beavis & Butthead - New Episodes?
1

So am I the only one that didn’t know that they are, supposedly, working on new Beavis & Butthead episodes. The not so dynamic duo defined what it was to be a lethargic gen Xer. All I could find pertaining to this news was this article over at the New York Post which came out in July no less… I’m not one to usually take any news from that paper at face value.
