The Canadian double act of BADBADNOTGOOD and Kaytranada have revealed the visual treatment for their single ‘Lavender’. The track itself has an air of creepiness that you might find in the boss level of your favourite old school video game, so it’s pretty apt that the clip takes place in a ‘dungeon’ with the band members taking part in a twisted session of Dungeons and Dragons. BADBADNOTGOOD take their turns on the board, as dictated by a very committed dungeon master, with mini-Kaytra popping up as playing piece. As the game proceeds, things get very serious and, well, things don’t look good for one of the players. This one comes a little late for Halloween but just in time for Australian fans to get hyped for the band’s tour on our shores next month.
