DC rapper Goldlink is definitely on a winning streak at the moment. You may have been lucky enough to catch him perform live while he was touring Australia recently, either at this year’s Laneway festival or at any one of his sold-out sideshows. And trust and believe, if you were in his presence, it was arguably the best decision you could have made this festival season. Having recently dropped the quality record And After That, We Didn’t Talk, the young rapper has been on many hip-hop fans’ radar and for good reason. His unique musical treatment is perfect for a hot summer’s night or a chill Sunday afternoon, and Melbourne fans had the opportunity to participate in the former last week, as Goldlink brought his infectious energy to Brunswick’s Howler Bar.
