Kendrick has dropped another new track from his upcoming third album. In contrast to the upbeat, Grammy awarding song ‘i’, ‘The Blacker the Berry’ is much darker, the beat and Kendrick’s delivery are harsh and deep.

The dark theme and sound of the  Boi-1da and Terrace Martin produced, track leads it to create an interesting examination of the complex race relationships in American society.
