A new single has just emerged from Miguel entitled Can’t Sleep Together. It comes as the second last instalment in the Adult Swim Singles Program, joining the ranks of releases from Captain Murphy, Run the Jewels and Freddie Gibbs among others. Can’t Sleep Together‘s abrasive instrumental paired with Miguel’s smooth vocals is almost enough to distract from the cheesy one-liner around which the track is sourced – “I can’t sleep/You can’t sleep/Let’s can’t sleep together”.
