Fresh off winning album of the year in his home country, breakout producer Kaytranada has blessed us all again with another fun af music video. This time, his Syd collab ‘You’re The One’ comes to life in a delightfully playful sitcom-style visual, where Kay plays the assistant of an African prince who is vying for the attention of a beautiful stranger. Decked out in fresh Fila (and not to mention some dope overalls), the Canadian goes about showering the lucky lady in gifts, taking her out on the town, and of course getting down at a dance party where she is finally introduced to the lovestruck prince. Unfortunately The Internet vocalist Syd only appears by way of a brief TV channel change but all in all, it’s definitely a good way to start the day and has us even more excited for Kaytranada’s forthcoming Australian tour.
