Hype for the Rocky revival film, Creed, is steadily building leading up to its release in the coming week and one thing that will definitely add to that is this cinematic tune off the soundtrack. ‘Waiting for My Moment’ is a soaring joint effort by Childish Gambino, Jhene Aiko, and Vince Staples, and is a fitting song for an epic fight movie like Creed. It does take a while to get into though, with a pretty long intro preceding the artists’ respective verses (with Gambino bringing out those impressive vocals again), so you might want to fast-forward through the first minute if you’re not into mood-building, orchestral intros.
