The news was announced via his social media with a photo from what looks to be the inside of an emergency vehicle, the caption confirming the journalist had the stroke during the Mint Christmas party at the Astoria Hotel. The post also says that Nardwuar is currently recovering in Vancouver General Hospital and more updates would be provided soon via his website.
