Ensemble is a short documentary about youth basketball in Paris, created by French label Pigalle. The film documents a group of kids who all play together in a basketball team, their wins, their losses and everything in between.

“Seven years ago, a group of kids from the Pigalle area started playing basketball on the Pigalle Duperré court. Since then, they have grown and have become a team. For our S/S 2016 show, we presented a short documentary titled Ensemble capturing a year of the Pigalle Basketball team and their coaches Stéphane Ashpool and Paul Hamy. The projection was followed by the Pigalle Paris fashion show, showcasing a collection worn by each player of the team. We took this occasion to celebrate the youth. Even if we all grow up so fast, we strongly believe that the best thing in life is to remain youthful.”
