When I make clothes, there’s not really, like, deeper meaning. I just make what I want to wear, and I have a platform that people who would also like can buy. You gotta make what you know. I think that’s what a lot of lines lack.

Colours play such a big part in my music and the way I think about things… Pink is my favourite. I have a pink Chanel wallet and it’s just like, Everything will be okay.

I’ve always wanted to make girls’ stuff… I just always wanted to make a purse. A lot of girls I know, they always have Chanel bags and all this type of stuff, so I want them to walk this little red carpet things with one of my bags.

I think anyone can pull off anything if they really believe it. Take André 3000, for example. He’s worn some crazy left-of-field stuff, but it looks really cool on him… Because he believes in it.

I think that’s why Kanye looks normal in his Yeezy stuff. Because he believes in it. Which is why I respect Kanye.

It’s always okay to wear whatever the fuck you want… I think people like being taken seriously and their attire plays a part in that. But I think being taken seriously is more about what you are talking about and how you are handling your business.

Tyler the Creator’s latest GOLF collection is about to hit the internet and, like most things he does, it’s set to be yet another fan favourite and sure to sell out in a hot minute. He dropped the Fall/Winter 2015 lookbook for the characteristically bold range recently, which generated a lot of interest and the frenzy around his continued fashion exploits has now landed him in possibly one of the most unlikely mags—Vogue. Speaking to Vogue.com, Tyler speaks on his sartorial inspirations and motives in the most Tyler way possible, i.e. basically telling everyone to not give a fuck about popular opinion and do what you want to do (to a certain extent).
