Over the weekend Dover Street Market opened only its fourth store in the world, with Singapore being the lucky city to host. The Comme des Garcon owned retailer will surely become a destination for fans living or visiting Asia. DSMS carries all of the Comme labels you expect as well as brands like Balenciaga, Gucci, NikeLab, Gosha Rubchinskiy, Raf Simons, Vetements, Thom Browne and more.

The store was designed by Commes founder Rei Kawakubo who personally designs all of the DSM spaces. However, the Singapore store is unique in that it is only one floor and completely flat.  The space runs horizontal rather than featuring vertical stories and multiple floors that devotees would be used to from other incarnations.

If you’re hoping that DSM Singapore’s online store will make it easier to score coveted product than you’re out of luck—the online store only ships to Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand. You’ll just have to make sure your next stopover in Singapore is extended.
