For those with nought to do this Sunday, to kick off the public holiday, Backwoods Gallery is hosting a closing party for surrealist artist Stephen Ives. This will be your last chance to see his exhibition ‘Hero’ live in the flesh and be able to quiz the master all about it.

A foray into the human psyche, he uses illustration and some forms of sculpture for his second solo exhibition at Backwoods Gallery. For those who want some culture all up in their Sunday the details are below.
