The complex structure, courtesy of Elenberg Fraser has just been granted planning approval. And by the looks of it, the Beyoncé-inspired building will strike a pose at 134 Spencer street, solidifying Melbourne’s spot as the coolest city in Australia. If you’re residing somewhere else is Aus, I feel sorry for you; really sorry. We flawless.
