With a cast full of the entertainment industry’s current PYTs, Dope enjoyed a successful premiere screening at the recent Sundance Film Festival and expectedly had distribution companies thirsting hard soon after. Now we will finally be seeing the general distribution of the ‘90s teen comedy/drama from June 19 this year (in the US at least).

As we already know, and the reason we’ll be in the theatres, the film stars A$AP Rocky, Zoë Kravitz and Blake Anderson, as well as a highly Instagram-able cast of supporting/cameo actors. Heavy with hip hop references, teen angst and a score that features Pharrell originals, we predict this might get a lot of internet girls/boys into actual cinemas IRL.
