Celebrated photographer/documentary filmmaker/friend of ACCLAIM Will Robson Scott links up with clothing label Weekend Offender and the Rig Out to take a glance at the lives of some of the most prominent members of the Cardiff Soul Crew. As a key player in one of the most active casual firms in the UK, the film’s protagonist Deacon has spent time in prison for hooliganism and been banned from every football ground in the country for close to 20 years. Now, raising his young son, Deacon has stepped away from his former life, but continues to follow Cardiff City F.C. The film also touches on shifts in casual culture as described by some of the firm’s most dedicated members.
