Champions of weird flavour mash-ups Ben & Jerry’s is teaming up with Colorado beer company New Belgium Brewing on a project that is sure to have a lot of people salivating. The two groups are doubling down on food collabs, with the announcement of a Salted Caramel Brown-ie Ale ice cream AND a Salted Caramel Brownie Brown Ale. The ice cream is going to be released in limited numbers and will feature salted caramel swirls, fudge brownie pieces and just a hint of alcohol.

So if you’re ever torn between whether you should have another drink or a dessert, these new inventions are about to make your end-of-dinner choice a whole lot easier (and hopefully tastier). PLUS proceeds from these products are going towards combatting climate change’s effects on winter sports so you shouldn’t feel guilty about indulging in either. At this stage, it looks like the flavours will only be available in the US but there are so many Australian craft brews, surely it’s only a matter of time before we get our very own.
