Bobby Shmurda isn’t having any good luck recently. He has just had his bail rejected by a judge for at least the fifth time and his trial has been pushed back until at least the 22nd of February 2016.

Bobby Shmurda (real name: Ackquille Pollard) was arrested along with 14 other alleged GS9 gang members after a recording studio in New York was raided on the 17th of December, and was charged with conspiracy counts, reckless endangerment, criminal possession of a weapon and more. If found guilty of the more serious crimes Shmurda could face up to 25 years in jail. He has already rejected a plea deal which would have seen him serving eight years in prison.
