Disney has added to the phenomenal hype surrounding the upcoming release of Star Wars Episode VII- The Force Awakens by revealing merchandise via an 18-hour live-streamed unboxing marathon.

With the release of the latest instalment of the film juggernaut just months away, the lucrative business that is Star Wars merchandise is set reach some impressive new heights. Disney has announced it will be selling a remote-controlled Millennium Falcon drone, made from high density foam and featuring four tiny propellers.

Fans will be able to fly mini versions of the legendary Han-Solo commanded spacecraft around their living room, undoubtedly fulfilling many a childhood dream. Additionally, an X-wing Starfighter drone will also be available.

The unboxing ceremony is currently being broadcast live on YouTube, right before toys hit the shelves on September 4th (a date being referred to as ‘Force Day’).
