Discovered at a Venezuelan tattoo convention, this dude has taken body modification to the extreme in order to look like Marvel villain Red Skull. And if you can’t quite recall what the character looks like, it’s pretty literal – completely red face and dome, gaping hole where the nose would be…you know, like a red skull. WELP, 37-year-old Henry Damon has had most of his nose surgically removed, put implants in his forehead and tattooed his face AND EYES, in order to resemble Captain America’s foe.

Sound completely crazy? We’re not completely sure yet. He’s still maintaining the hipster beard and, according to his doctor, is “a physically and intellectually healthy person…an excellent son, husband and father, who has an extreme taste for body modification.” Yup.
