Icon of our times, Nicki Minaj, has had her body immortalised by Madame Tussaud’s in Las Vegas. Unlike most wax figures, Nicki’s features her down on all fours in a scene taken from the music video for ‘Anaconda’. Wax Nicki wears the same black and gold outfit as the video, but she is placed up on a table so people can take photos with her. In response to the model Nicki posted seven pictures and two videos of the waxwork on her Instagram. Apparently she wasn’t aware that Madame Tussaud’s were even making the figure. I think she is in love.

Meanwhile, on the other side of the Atlantic, the biggest couple in pop culture (for now) were also honoured with their own waxworks. Kimye—individually known as Kanye West and Kim Kardashian—will feature together at London’s Madame Tussaud’s museum, after Yeezy received his own eerie wax replica. To introduce the new addition, the museum decided to confuse the shit out of pedestrians by taking the figures out on the streets of London, with an enterprising few snapping their own selfies with ‘Kimye’.
