With the season 7 premiere of Parks and Recreation fast approaching, some of the cast from earlier seasons have come together for one last time as the series comes to an end. With Rob Lowe and Rashida Jones as Chris and Ann already on the bill, it came as no surprise that Paul Rudd would be returning as the Sweetums heir/asshole, Bobby Newport — but only for two episodes (sad face).

“He’s the world’s nicest human being – and the funniest,” Parks and Rec executive producer Michael Schur told EW about Rudd. “We made a list of all the people that we wanted to have back and he was high on the list, so we managed to snag him.”

Bobby will come back into the show when “Ben (Adam Scott) needs to fill a certain position and he thinks Bobby might be a good candidate,” said Schur.
