Who ever said old people can’t be funny? Well 89-year-old Chuck Esterly has proven this in his first ever stand-up comedy routine. The Cincinnati grandpa dove at the idea of getting into comedy when a Stand-up 101 comedy class was offered at the Sycamore Senior Centre, with his routine eventually landing him on stage at the Go Bananas Comedy Club last month.

Although watching him at first seems worrying, Chuck’s relaxed, R18+ style of comedy is hilarious, guaranteeing a laugh or two. Watch Chuck kill it in the gallery above and hopefully we see more of this courageous grandpa.
