If rap and R&B are your kind of scene, then there’s a party coming your way every Friday night. Local Abbotsford nightspot, The Vic Bar, is kicking off their new weekly party, ‘Southern Love’, this Friday February 12.

Friday nights at The Vic Bar from now on, are said to not only showcase the latest and greatest tunes from the US, but also expose the latest tracks making moves in the underground. Host, Mat Cant, has gathered together a bunch of local DJs such as Rob Steezy, Get Bu$y, Stephelles, and Hwiyoncé to bring you the best tunes this Friday.

Not only will you be getting great vibes from all the awesome music, but were told the food and drink specials are just as good (as well as the free entry)! So, if this seems like your kind of party, head down to The Vic Bar this Friday for five hours of nonstop RNB and Rap, kicking off at 8pm.

In conjunction to the launch, Mat Cant is also hosting a podcast series, Loved Ones, which you can check out below to get a taste of the type of music that will be featured. And if you like what you hear, stay tuned on their Facebook page for more.
