American police departments keep trying to relate to young kids to reverse the perpetuating view that cops are bad—remember when American police had a dance off with a girl to stop a fight? Well, now the Philadelphia police department have released a ‘Hotline Bling’ PSA video on Facebook, to warn residents of reserving shovelled out parking spots with chairs, furniture, and cones.

They turned one of the many ‘Hotline Bling’ gifs into Drake tossing cones around, accompanied with the lyrics “You need to call us on your cell phone. Late night when you see that cone. Call us on your cell phone. That parking spot’s not yours alone”. It’s really painful… and somehow catchy. Check out the video in the gallery above.
