In anticipation of their upcoming Mardi Gras gig this Saturday the 7th of March at GoodGod, DJ Levins of the Halfway Crooks has mixed 25 New Orleans bounce tracks from the early days of Cash Money Records in the 90s. Featuring rare tracks by Juvenile, Mannie Fresh, Weezy and Birdman heat, this mix is the first in almost a year for Levins – who is, sadly, much less prolific than fellow crook and friend of ACCLAIM, Captain Franco.
