The last time we spoke with TOKiMONSTA, she enlightened us on ways to make our next vacation to Los Angeles all the more worthwhile. Now, the sought after electronic producer is gearing up for the release of her next collaboration project with fellow songstress Gavin Turek. The duo have worked together previously on multiple projects, but their forthcoming mini-album You’re Invited will be their first proper release and is expected to be debut through TOKi’s creative label Young Art on August 28. Fortunately for us, we won’t have to wait too long to hear new music, with the pair unveiling the lead single off the project over the weekend.

‘Hemisphere’ is a detailed account of Turek’s battles with loss and loneliness and is brought to life by its atmospheric big-room production. While Turek recalls casting the original version aside for months, she praised TOKi’s ability to capture the emotion she truly felt and transcend that musically.
