Just 2 months after the debut of his first studio album, B4.DA.$$, Joey Bada$$ has dropped a brand new track produced by fellow Pro Era member, Kirk Knight. It comes in the lead up to the Brooklyn rapper’s 7-show run at SXSW this week, with Flying Lotus premiering the song last week on BBC Radio 1. The track doesn’t steer away from Joey’s characteristically classic beats in the past – I’d say that the track takes me back to the ’90s, but the only things that take me back to the ’90s are breast milk and shitting myself. But I’m sure it takes someone back to the ’90s.
