Following the release of his Alwasta tape last month, Oddisee is back and has released yet another fresh melody, ‘Born Before Yesterday’. He debuted the instrumental track from the album The Odd Tape, which is “a ‘Day In The Life’ piece set to audio.”

“‘Born Before Yesterday’ takes its title from the daily proposals I receive that question intelligence in ways that only the music industry can.”

The track is soothing and melodic with heavy percussion track with light choral arrangements and a mix of rhythmic drums and rising cymbals. But don’t just take my word for it, hear it for yourself below.
