Acclaim gets a taste of self-proclaimed “Badman Baby-Boy,” Malkam, as he sits and chats with Harlem’s finest, Kaila Burke-Ozuna.

The Jamaican-born New York local talks us through his latest project, “Badman Season,” which is set to drop at the end of February. He explains how the album is a derivative of life’s seemingly unexplainable circumstances, good and bad. 

Malkam further breathes life into the dialogue as he presents his start in rap (shoutout Eminem), growing up with Michael Jackson and Vybz Kartel as the background soundtrack, and the wild juxtaposition of the island life next to the world’s most ferocious city.
