For those of your festivally inclined, you’ll be happy to note that the dates for the 2012 Parklife festival have been announced. The festival seems to have had a slight rebrand if the press release is anything to go by, featuring a new logo and the tagline: For Music Heads and Dancing Feet. Perhaps this is a move by the promoters to reposition the festival as one for music lovers rather than the fodder of greasy shirtless dudes wearing white knock-off designer sunglasses they bought from last year’s footy trip to Bangkok. And I can’t blame them, when I google image searched the festival it was like a who’s-who of white people I’d like to never ever meet, but don’t let that scare you off, the lineup is yet to be announced and may be killer.
