The hugely anticipated soundtrack to RZA’s upcoming kung fu film The Man With The Iron Fists is now available to stream, and it does not disappoint. Featuring the entire Wutang Clan, Kanye West, The Black Keys, Whiz Khalifa, Talib Kweli, Pusha T, Kool G Rap and Danny Brown just to name a few, RZA’s called in all his mates to make this a serious all-star album.
Press play on the first track The Baddest Man Alive, by The Black Keys and RZA and enter an aural world of bad-assness which immediately makes you feel very bad yourself, in the best way possible. With signature Black Keys guitar riff and RZA’s guttural rhymes this is one sexy track.
Track three is the already widely praised White Dress by Kanye West. Harking back to Kanye’s early sound, this track stands along as a single that we’re going to be hearing a lot more of.
Other highlights include the sombre Tick, Tock by Pusha T, Raekwon, Joell Oritz and a closing verse from Danny Brown, and Corrine Bailey Rae’s powerful bluesy Chains.
