DJ Khaled may not be interested in new friends but obviously obtaining a wife has been playing on his mind pretty seriously. Apparently the dude is pretty keen on cuffing fellow YMCMB artist Nicki Minaj – so keen that he recorded and broadcast a heartfelt proposal and declaration of love on MTV recently.

Dropping romantic gems such as “We both have the same symptoms, we’re both suffering from success”, Khaled pops the questions and presents a bitchin’ 10 carat ring, reportedly worth $500,000.

This all smells pretty strongly of publicity stunt but damn, I probably would stop laughing for a second to consider a ring like that!

No word yet on what Minaj’s reaction will be, but we assume it’ll look something like this.
