On the latest episode of OTHERtone, Pharrell Williams hosts Odd Future’s Tyler, the Creator as a special guest and he was definitely a welcomed addition. Over the course of the show the two go back and forth, geeking out over their favourite tracks and reminiscing about their first 3-way phone call with one another. Co-host Scott Vener recalls how Tyler rapped over ‘Inside of Clouds‘ for P during the call and credits himself for forming the relationship between the two. Pharrell also goes on to detail the first time he met Michael Jackson, which can be seen in our gallery above.

Another take away from the show was the fact that Williams debuted some unreleased N*E*R*D. While ‘Locked Away’ isn’t relatively new to some, it is still refreshing to hear a full version of the track that was recorded almost seven years ago.
