No artist has ever attempted touring seven countries in seven days on a jumbo jet filled with 150 journalists. And after things panned out quite negatively for Rihanna’s experimental 777 Tour, no artist may ever attempt it again.

We’ve long since read the real-time accounts from the press about how horrible it was flying overseas (for free), waiting for Rihanna to arrive at shows or to the plane late while having limited time to sleep and very little access to the singer or the Internet. But thanks to Fox, we now get to see the experience unfold with exclusive backstage footage of Rihanna trying to party in between shows and video from her hit and miss performances. The best aspect of the documentary is definitely the interracial love affair between Australian DJ Tim Dormer, the notorious plane streaker, and celebrity blogger Necole Bitchie, which starts at the 17:30 minute mark. But the best Rihanna moment happens when you see that blurred-out blunt behind her ear during the interview where she’s talking about saving her voice.
