Event: Melbourne – HoMie 4 Her launch, December 17

Check out HoMie's new womenswear range and help someone in need

The innovative pop up store, HoMie, where social justice meets fashion, is adding a new addition to their shop. The idea is a modern day take on op-shops, designed to provide members of the homeless community fashionable and functional first-hand clothes.

The way it works is quite simple and genius. For every item purchased, the store will donate a piece of clothing to a member of the homeless community. In addition to this, each customer who is experiencing homelessness is treated as a VIP guest. They can receive a complimentary haircut, food, coffee, and a personal shopping assistant.

After five months of successful giving, HoMie is expanding and opening their first ever womenswear range, HoMie 4 Her. The range, which will focus on issues specific to women experiencing homelessness, will be available in store this Thursday and the crew are inviting you to help them celebrate.

Join them Thursday December 17, between 6-9pm at the HoMie store, located on level 2 of Melbourne Central, Cnr Latrobe and Swanston St.
