The renaissance of the sneaker in popular fashion has been closely followed the Tumblr-centric Sports Luxe and Health Goth trends. Now, it’s inspiring everyone to get on board with the blackout sneaker. This time, adidas Originals have taken the Tubular Runner and put it through the Sports Luxe generator to create the ‘Core Black’

Unlike previous Tubular Runner styles, the ‘Core Black’ has a full suede and leather treatment, and everything is black, including the adidas branding. The upper is made from perforated suede with a solid suede across the toe box. To contrast the suede upper the all black rubber sole has more shine than other Tubular Runner styles.
