Australian-born streetwear brand Ksubi has celebrated its milestone 23rd year, with hundreds of party-goers from Sydney’s fashion and music scenes packing out their Sydney HQ on Wednesday night for the brand’s latest KSTUDIO event.

The party saw Atlanta-based rapper JID turn up in his only Australian sideshow ahead of Listen Out festival kicking off today. JessB (NZ) and Agung Mango (AUS) joined the lineup, having featured as part of Ksubi’s 23rd anniversary campaign and collection launch.

The anniversary celebrations follow the launch of ‘KSUBI 23’ – a limited-edition premium capsule collection to mark
23 years of pushing boundaries and creative rebellion. The campaign saw Ksubi handing over its platform to a curated collective of 23 up-and-coming global talents, shining a light on the next generation of creatives that are set
to change the game.

Originally founded in Sydney, Ksubi has grown into a globally recognisable and notorious streetwear brand. Known
for its distinctive denim, the brand is one of the fastest growing denim brands in the US and stocked amongst some
of the world’s most noted fashion retailers. The Sydney event marked the Australian celebration for the brand’s 23rd
year – it’s recent event in New York, held during New York Fashion Week, pulled a crowd which spilled onto the
streets of SoHo and featured performances from up-and-coming artists ZelooperZ (USA), Skaiwater (UK),
EVILGIANE (USA) and Clip (USA).

Of the event JID said: “The energy of the crowd at the KSTUDIO event was fire – it’s been amazing to team up with
Ksubi for my first show in Australia since 2020 and be back performing with an Australian crowd”.
