Brazen Barbie’s lyrics are imprinted with confidence and unapologetic self-expression, making her a standout in the Australian scene.

DSP combines his West African heritage with the urban grit of Western Sydney. Making significant strides in the Australian music landscape, his 2022 breakthrough track, ‘NJ Freestyle’ has amassed over 1 million Spotify streams, making waves in Australia and the UK alike. DSP’s music reflects diverse influences, seamlessly blending Afro and drill with his unique signature style. As his star rises, DSP remains a positive role model for Western Sydney’s youth, committed to his craft and his cultural impact.

Residing from Ingleburn Southwest Sydney, DXVNDRE is a natural lyricist who presents his craft with passionate, raw delivery. An Emcee of Samoan heritage, he pays homage to the Golden Era roots of rap, infusing that influence on a plethora of ominous boom-bap & heavy 808-style beats. Surrounded by music at the age of 13, Legends such as Big L, MF DOOM, Notorious BIG, Mobb Deep, Rakim, NWA & the Wu-Tang Clan inspired Dxvndre’s deep infatuation for music, studying them to construct his intricate skillset of gritty bars & vigorous flows.

Hailing from Morphett Vale, South Australia, Goobsy is an emerging rapper known for his gritty storytelling and raw delivery. Leaving behind a life of bad decisions and crime, Goobsy channels his experiences into his music. After releasing the anticipated joint project ‘Brunch’ with collaborator Kirby, they’re now preparing for ‘Brunch 2.’ Influenced by the late Nipsey Hussle, Goobsy’s journey is marked by resilience and creativity.

A leading voice in Australia’s R&B scene, Lara Andallo is gaining international acclaim. At 20, her debut mixtape caught the attention of Jungwoo from NCT. Her 2023 EP DIAMONDS & DEJAVU blends R&B, pop, and futuristic electronica. Lara’s Summer hit ‘OBSESSED’ led to a tour across AU & NZ with Kiana Lede, and she was the only Australian female act at Souled Out Festival and she has also toured with artists like Blxst, Roy Woods and Tinashe and is now collaborating with Troye Sivan and Ebenezer.

Raiseed in Newcastle and based in Sydney, Zia Jade is a vibrant new voice in Australian R&B. Her music blends traditional and modern R&B influences, reflecting her confident and soulful style. Growing up around music, Zia was inspired by artists like Rihanna, starting with songs about love and relationships, her music now combines the purity of her early work with added wisdom and strength, showcasing her vision for the future of Australian R&B.

Born in New Zealand and based in Australia, DEVAURA burst onto the music scene in 2023 with a commitment to reinvigorating storytelling and world-building. Known for her powerful vocals as a singer and fierce bars as a rapper, the versatile artist has become a favourite in the local music scene, turning industry heads and standing out as an easy pick for the Acclaim x PUMA Wildcard Award. Overcoming significant challenges as a queer, first-generation immigrant and formerly houseless, DEVAURA’s resilience shines in her music. She’s set to release more new music in 2024 and we’re eagerly awaiting what’s next.

emjaysoul is a dynamic talent with roots in Adelaide, Melbourne, and Sydney, Emjaysoul has established himself as one of the most exciting young producers in Australia’s hip-hop and R&B scene. Currently based in Sydney, he has collaborated with notable artists like Zion Garcia, LILPIXIE, Tahkoe, and Cherry Rype. Emjaysoul’s unique sound blends classic sampling techniques with modern production styles, breathing new life into old records through crate digging. His innovative contributions have turned the heads of industry insiders and fans alike, earning him the title of Acclaim’s Producer of the Year for 2024.
