Joey Spiotto is a former video-designer turned independent artist, who’s made a name for himself in pop culture perversion.

His current exhibition, ‘Storytime’, features 50 original prints based on reimagining’s of pop-culture movies, video games, TV shows and bands as classic children books.

From an adorable, blood-splattered Patrick Bateman, to the most kawaii Freddy and Jason you’ve ever seen, his distortions (and equally clever titles) threaten to dislodge that dismembered egg and the paedophile with the chocolate as the new generation of children’s novel elite.
