Opening Thursday night at The Rocks Gallery in Sydney is the solo show from Portuguese street artist Alexandre Farto, aka Vhils. Known for his large-scale murals, where he uses chisels, hammers, acid, bleach and even explosives to make his mark, the artist rarely does a show of pieces that will fit in the gallery space. Closing in two weeks on April 16, the exhibition is a rare chance to see the artist’s work in person. Make sure you go and have a look.
