With all this talk of street art being thrown around in the media of late, it’s refreshing to be reminded that the essence of graffiti is vandalism. While interest in street art and graffiti culture has increased in the general public, the scale of works has increased dramatically. Multi-storey murals executed over the course of a few days are the norm for a lot of artists. The above video is a testament to the fact that no matter how tech things get, it’s hard to beat the simple truth of destruction.

Shot in the Paris undeground Atack Tournevis 13 features a method of getting over popularised in France in the ’90s. The physical scars in the body of the trains accumulate dust over the course of their travels in the subway, and become more visible with age.
