Celebrating 50 Years of hip-hop with a two-day conference and music festival, 4ESydney‘s massive lineup celebrates the essence and diversity hip-hop culture has to offer. The 4ESydney HipHop Festival & Conference returns to Blacktown, Sydney this November 23 – 25, delivering 3 jam-packed days of goodness. Now in its 9th year, 4ESydney continues to build a global infrastructure and platform for hip-hop in so-called Australia.

2023 marks 50 years since hip-hop was founded and this year’s festival and conference will pay respect and acknowledge five generations of artists and industry representatives from across the nation who have paved the way for the thriving culture and community we now see today.

Scheduled for November 23 and 24, 4ESydney will be hosted at The Leo Kelly Blacktown Arts Centre, and will provide a platform for meaningful discussions, workshops, and networking opportunities. 4ESydney will serve as a meeting point for industry insiders, thought leaders and creative visionaries to share their expertise and perspectives on the future of Hip-Hop culture.

The conference will bring together a diverse mix of artists, industry professionals, and enthusiasts from the USA, New Zealand, Fiji, Papua New Guinea, and across the nation, including ARIA CEO, Annabelle Herd, seasoned hip-hop/soul artist MC Trey, Torres Strait Islander journalist and broadcaster Rhianna Patrick, Sydney-based digital artist Serwah Attafuah, Yuin, Thunghutti man and host of Triple J’s ‘Blak Out’ Nooky, US-based artist and activist, and the inaugural host of Triple J’s Hip Hop show, Maya Jupiter as well as international guests Ruby Ibarra (US/PH) (CEO & Co-Founder – Bolo Music Group), Ju Ben & Jay Tauleka (FJ) (Artist – VT1S), Ninakaye Taane-Tinorau (NZ) (Music Managing Director – Tikidub Productions Ltd) and Sprigga Mek (PNG) (Conscious Artist & Multi-lingual Emcee)

If the conference wasn’t enough, 4ESydney will round out the celebrations with a FREE All-Ages Hip-Hop festival on November 25 with a stacked lineup featuring 1200 Techniques, L-FRESH THE LION, Vv Pete, Inkabee, Def Wish Cast and more in the heart of Blacktown at Warrick Lane Precinct and Main Street, Blacktown — head here to register to attend.
