Before he landed a spot on Tim and Eric and got his own spin-off series, Steve Brule tried to make it as a sit-com actor.

In the up-to-now lost pilot for ‘Bagboy’ Brule stars as an employee at Meyers Superfoods who, according to Entertainment Weekly, attempts to stop a shop-lifter while competing for the affections of cashier Daisy. Axed by Channel 5 due to its “substandard quality and low entertainment value” Bagboy is guaranteed to be five star viewing.

Set to air on Adult Swim on February 20th, clips from the special are showing the same Steve Brule you’ve come to love, just stacking shelves this time.
