In case you haven’t heard, Star Wars is returning to the big screen this December, with the first new feature-length adventure in 10 years—The Force Awakens (Revenge of the Sith) was released back in 2005.

If you’re not already excited for the long-awaited seventh Star Wars fim, Entertainment Weekly have revealed some new images from the set to ignite your thirst.

The images come from a feature in the latest edition of Entertainment Weekly and they mostly give us bad guy goodness. Including two new photos of the new Sith antagonist Kylo Ren, played by Adam Driver.

We also get a first look at Captain Phasma, played by Gwendoline Christie (Game of Thrones‘s, Brienne of Tarth), who is some kind of badass Stormtrooper warrior with metallic armour.

The photos also reveal some cool-looking alien creatures who haven’t yet been named and a look at C-3p0 and R2-D2 on set of the new film.

Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens will open in Australia on December 17.
