It almost seems like the natural progression of James Franco‘s career. But before you get too excited at the idea of a leather-clad Franco getting tied up and whipped, he’s not actually in the film. Extending his creative fingertips into ever more societal fringes, Franco has teamed up with director Christina Voros to create a documentary about kink.com.

For those of you who aren’t familiar with kink.com, its the web’s largest producer of BDSM content. The film, titled Kink, will go behind the scenes to see how the site produces its fetish filmography. The cameras will follow the fetish site’s dedicated and passionate employees as they torture, beat and insult each other to pleasure.
