The uncomfortable trend of dedicating one’s life to looking like a tiny plastic person has made significant headway with the unveiling of the latest edition; 16-year-old Lolita Richi.

If her hand picked name and empty, wide-eyed expression isn’t enough to creep you right out, the video above is compiled of photos taken by her mother and are allegedly completely free of Photoshop. The latter fact is obviously bullshit but it doesn’t stop the embedded slideshow entering all kinds of uncanny valleys.

Watch the video above (it’s SFW so long as you don’t have overly judgemental colleagues) and keep an eye on the hands, the lack of detail is kind of gut churning.

As you would when you pursue something so mindfuckingly weird, her end goal is to become the best human Barbie in the world and even feigned ignorance on the existence of other human Barbies like equally freaky Valeria Lukyanova.

With a 20 inch waist and 32FF breasts and a desire to date men so long as they aren’t balding, this whole thing is pretty messed up for a 16-year-old, right? Right?
