Adding to the recent array of news reporting fails, such as this one, KTVU news reporter Heather Holmes was (fittingly) forced to swallow her own snot during a live crossover regarding a controversial Miley Cyrus concert in America.

As if unleashing a torrent of snot on live TV wasn’t a monumental moment enough in itself, the cringe worthy spectacle occurred shortly after Holmes said that “People are just now starting to trickle out”, creating a moment of perfect television.

‘Sucking it up’ like a champ, Holmes was left with no choice but to ‘swallow it’, posting a photo on Twitter that shows her holding a box of tissues, with a caption reading “Note to self: Next time bring #Kleenex”.
