The Great Escape is known as the festival for new music. It’s held in Brighton in the UK, meaning weather-wise it doesn’t have a lot in common with SXSW which it’s modelled off. But it does deliver when it comes to music and atmosphere.

Industry folk and music fans alike flock to the seaside town to see both newcomers and much-hyped rising stars. This year the lineup was huge, in the gallery above you’ll find: 67, Avelino, Ekali, Rahh, Rejie Snow, and Songe, which is just a small taste of what went down.
